48: How To Stop The Vicious Cycle of Anxiety Around Your ”Summer Body”
Summer is right around the corner - longer days, more sunshine, beaches, and BBQs. For some, summer means more opportunities to have fun, while others find summer as a source of anxiety.
If the thought of summer makes you anxious because you fear whether or not you will be "summertime fine" or have a "summer body" that will be worthy of being seen in a bathing suit, this episode is for you.
Today, I have a quick pep talk with you and give you a couple of tips on how to end the vicious cycle of anxiety around your “summer bod.” This isn’t a “how-to” for “biblical weight-loss.” It’s the opposite. So, sit back, relax and listen up!
